Top 5 Food Delivery Services on Android in France, Q4 2022

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five food delivery service applications on Android in France displayed a variety of trends in weekly downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the performance of these apps.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery saw a fairly steady trend in weekly downloads, ranging from approximately 28K to 34K. The highest number of downloads was observed in the first week of October at around 33.6K. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a peak of about 920K in late November, followed by a decrease to approximately 762K by the end of December.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced a noticeable decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 41.8K in late September and dropping to about 17K by mid-December. Active users also showed a downward trend, beginning at over 1M in late September and decreasing to roughly 734K by the end of the year.

Deliveroo: Food & Shopping had varied weekly downloads, with significant peaks and troughs. Downloads ranged from about 8.7K to 30.8K, with the highest download count occurring in the first week of October. Active users saw a slight decline from approximately 360K in early October to around 271K by the end of December.

Jow - easy recipes & groceries maintained a relatively stable download rate initially, with a notable dip in December. Weekly downloads started at around 12.2K in late September and fell to approximately 5.2K by mid-December, before slightly recovering to 8K by the end of the month. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at about 160K in late September and dropping to around 113K by late December.

Vivino: Buy the Right Wine showed an interesting pattern in weekly downloads, with a significant spike in mid-December reaching approximately 16.6K. Active users followed an upward trajectory, peaking at around 157K in mid-December and slightly decreasing to approximately 146K by the end of the month.
